The inaugural run of the Foston Runners took place on 8th May with 4 runners taking part – albeit one of them a dog..  We enjoyed a gentle 4 ½ miles with diverse conversation in the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside.

I’ll be organising a hare and hounds mid /end of June so let me know your 5 mile time and I’ll let when we’ve arranged a time, date and route!
